Hardknott Continuum

Centennial, Galaxy and Willamette hops from the west coast of America married with good old British malted barley and of course pure Cumbrian water drawn from the Lake District fells. Continuum is our robust regular contemporary best bitter. Citrus and dark berries on the nose with lots of lemon and blackcurrant flavours with a large and long lasting bitter finish. Great with strong flavoured Northern classics like Shepherd’s pie or Cumberland Sausage and whole grain mustard
