Color ámbar oscuro, escasa capa de espuma que no permanece; en nariz aromas muy marcados a caramelo, fruta madura y licor de cereza; en boca entrada suave y especiada con carbónico medio, notas a chocolate , pos gusto agradable y aterciopelado, el alcohol bien integrado no se aprecia a pesar de sus ocho grados, amargor inapreciable.
