Dieu du Ciel Moralité American IPA The concept of Morality can give rise to diverse interpretations and in Quebec, it has a historical link with alcohol. Of course, we use an immoral amount of hops that comes from a wise blend of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial. With a dry, aromatic and slightly resinous finish evoking tropical fruits and letting appear a sharp bitterness. La Moralite was born out of a collaboration with John Kimmich at The Alchemist Brewery in Vermont.
