Scotch de Silly is a beer aged in oak barrels, a marvel emerging from the depths and masterpiece of scotch ale art. It is charming red and copper with ivory foam. Scotch de Silly has complex aromas of brioche accompanied by raisins, fruit jam and fresh raspberry. This is a generous beer reminiscent of a liqueur. The most striking initial impressions are honey and caramel. The flavors of prunes and roasted malt come through the end.
